By using our services, you agree to the following:

  1. General Work Standards
    • All work is performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
    • Service timelines and costs are estimates and may be affected by site conditions, material availability, or equipment requirements.
  2. Access & Property Conditions
    • Access to wells and pump systems may require the use of heavy equipment.
    • Incidental damage to driveways, walkways, landscaping, lawns, or property access points may occur. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, restoration of these areas is the responsibility of the property owner.
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work site, including removing obstacles, vehicles, and personal property.
  3. Warranty & Liability
    • Workmanship Warranty: Wellhead Water Services provides a one-year warranty on workmanship from the date of service. This covers labor and installation errors.
    • The workmanship warranty does not cover manufacturer defects, equipment failure, issues caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or natural conditions affecting the well or water supply.
    • Warranties on parts and equipment are subject to manufacturer terms.
    • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services provided. Wellhead Water Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  4. Payment Terms
    • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Deposits, where required, are non-refundable and applied toward final service costs.
    • Late or overdue balances may be subject to additional charges.
  5. Emergency, Holiday & After-Hours Services
    • Emergency, after-hours, statutory holiday, and long-weekend services are subject to technician availability and may incur additional charges.
  6. Unforeseen Conditions
    • Quoted prices are based on visible and known site conditions. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are encountered during service.
  7. Third-Party Contractors
    • Wellhead Water Services may engage qualified subcontractors when required (e.g., drilling services). We are not responsible for warranties, guarantees, or damages related to third-party services.
  8. Force Majeure
    • Wellhead Water Services is not responsible for delays, damages, or failures caused by weather, natural events, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
