Wellhead Water Services – Terms of Service
By using our services, you agree to the following:
- General Work Standards
- All work is performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Service timelines and costs are estimates and may be affected by site conditions, material availability, or equipment requirements.
- Access & Property Conditions
- Access to wells and pump systems may require the use of heavy equipment.
- Incidental damage to driveways, walkways, landscaping, lawns, or property access points may occur. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, restoration of these areas is the responsibility of the property owner.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work site, including removing obstacles, vehicles, and personal property.
- Warranty & Liability
- Workmanship Warranty: Wellhead Water Services provides a one-year warranty on workmanship from the date of service. This covers labor and installation errors.
- The workmanship warranty does not cover manufacturer defects, equipment failure, issues caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or natural conditions affecting the well or water supply.
- Warranties on parts and equipment are subject to manufacturer terms.
- Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services provided. Wellhead Water Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Deposits, where required, are non-refundable and applied toward final service costs.
- Late or overdue balances may be subject to additional charges.
- Emergency, Holiday & After-Hours Services
- Emergency, after-hours, statutory holiday, and long-weekend services are subject to technician availability and may incur additional charges.
- Unforeseen Conditions
- Quoted prices are based on visible and known site conditions. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are encountered during service.
- Third-Party Contractors
- Wellhead Water Services may engage qualified subcontractors when required (e.g., drilling services). We are not responsible for warranties, guarantees, or damages related to third-party services.
- Force Majeure
- Wellhead Water Services is not responsible for delays, damages, or failures caused by weather, natural events, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
